Montri Transport Corporation Public Co.,Ltd was founded by Khun Oranuch Saengsuriyajan and her colleagues in 1970. The company is registered by and licensed with The Department of Land Transport on June 24, 1982 under the name of ?Montri Transportation Co.,ltd? to conduct business in school bus and personal bus rental transport with the authorized capital of 5 million baht. Khun Oranuch Saengsuriyajan and her family are currently holding these shares.
Montri has provided school bus transport for many international schools in Bangkok and suburbs as well as bus rental transport for personal use and private companies,etc. With an experience of more than 40 years in transportation service, we have become one of the most trustworthy transportation companies that is well-known among Thai and foreign customers. During these years, there has been important changes and developments in our company as follows:
| 1970 |
- Signing the first contract with an international school for school bus services marked the start of our transportation business.

| 1982 |
- Registration of MONTRI TRANSPORTATION CO.,LTD., a limited company registered under the law of Thailand

| 1989 |
- Air-conditioners are installed in all Montri buses.
|
| 1990 |
- The company?s head office is moved from Ratchada Road to Serithai Road as there are more space for parking and maintenance. The new head office also supported the business expansion.

| 1991 |
- Trunked mobile radios are installed as requested for effective communication among bus drivers, supervisors, managers, and the head office. Also, seat belts are installed on every passenger seat for safety on the road.

| 1999 |
- Alcohol Detection Equipment is used. To ensure safe driving, every driver must be checked for Zero level of alcohol consumption before starting their trips.

| 2001 |
- The company receives the White Factory Awards from The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare. The award is given to the company because it has protected and solved drug problems at the workplace.

| 2002 |
- The company receives the certificate for participating in ?Youth Safety Day Program?. This program has been held every year by Accident Prevention Committee.
- The company introduces a new types of private bus : 8 wheels, 48-seater, double-decker bus. VIP BUSES ( 48-seaters ) have received the FIVE STARS CERTIFICATE from the Department of Land Transport, Thailand.

| 2003 |
- National Accident Prevention Subcommittee visits the company to observe and study our safety management system.

| 2005 |
- From July 18th, 2005, Montri Transportation Co.,Ltd. has been approved by the Ministry of Commerce to become a public limited company under the law of Thailand. 'Montri Transport Corporation Public Company Limited'

| 2009 |
- In commemoration of Montri's 40th anniversary, our President Oranuch Sangsuriyajan donated 300,000 baht to Ramathibodi Hospital's Her Royal Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building Project on behalf of Montri Transport Corporation PCL.
Moreover, all Montri executives, including the President, made personal contributions toward this project, totaling an amount of 735,500 baht.
